Responsibilities include:

  • Represent clients in construction-related disputes, including contractual issues, delays, defects, and claims for breach of contract.
  • Handle adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation from inception through to conclusion.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on risk management, contract negotiations, and dispute avoidance.
  • Draft and review a wide range of construction contracts and related documents.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments.
