A leading international law firm with a standout reputation in corporate M&A and private equity is looking to hire a talented Corporate IP / Technology Transactions Associate (3–4 PQE) into its growing London office. This is a strategic growth hire for a team that is quickly gaining traction as one of the market’s most dynamic practices operating at the intersection of technology, IP and high-end transactional work.

The Role

You’ll work closely with senior partners and play a central role on a wide range of matters, including:

• Corporate support for M&A and private equity transactions involving tech-rich businesses
• Drafting and negotiating IP, IT and commercial contracts
• Advising on IP protection, licensing, and data/privacy matters
• Working across the tech, life sciences, digital media and fintech sectors

You’ll be part of a tight-knit and ambitious team that combines transactional strength with deep sector knowledge, and you\’ll have genuine opportunity to develop your practice in a high-growth area of the firm.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years\’ PQE from a well-regarded firm with exposure to IP/IT and corporate transactions
• Solid experience in M&A support and commercial contracting (IP/IT/privacy)
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in tech and innovation
• Collaborative and proactive approach to client service
