We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at The Carrington House Hotel. The Carrington House Hotel is a 158-room hotel that is perfectly located on a quiet tree-lined avenue, just a short walk from Bournemouth's town centre and famous beaches with ample parking and easy access to public transport.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
- Advising guests and visitors of the hotel's facilities
- Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
- Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
