Professional development and mentorship. As a HR Intern in the Total Rewards Team you will assist in various aspects of Total rewards administration, including separation processes, new joiner compensation updates, flexible working requests, benefits administration, and documentation. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in total rewards and HR processes. Prepare separation reports and analysis to support business insights. Process flexible working requests from employees, adhering to company policies and procedures. New Joiner Compensation tagging: Update new joiner compensation localization, and TUPE employee etc details in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Transfer IN/OUT Cases: Maintain and update the master tracker for transfer cases, ensuring documentation and compliance. Benefits Administration: Process invoices and uploads for Cycle to Work and Childcare Voucher benefits schemes. Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with HR systems and processes (desirable not mandatory). Open to students currently enrolled in a degree program (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
