Role: Human Resources Intern (Total Rewards)

Job Type: 12 month Internship

Location: London (Hybrid)

As a HR Intern in the Total Rewards Team you will assist in various aspects of Total rewards administration, including:

  • Separation processes
  • New joiner compensation updates
  • Flexible working requests
  • Benefits administration
  • Documentation

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in total rewards and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare separation reports and analysis to support business insights.
  • Process flexible working requests from employees, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • New Joiner Compensation tagging: Update new joiner compensation localization, and TUPE employee details in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Transfer IN/OUT Cases: Maintain and update the master tracker for transfer cases, ensuring documentation and compliance.
  • Benefits Administration: Process invoices and uploads for Cycle to Work and Childcare Voucher benefits schemes.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes (desirable not mandatory).
  • Open to students currently enrolled in a degree program (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
