We’re hiring a CTO for a well-funded UK-based startup group building multiple ventures across tech, marketing and digital services.

With strong financial backing, a driven founding team and an established offshore dev team, you’ll have real freedom to lead, innovate and make an immediate impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading tech strategy and operations across several growing businesses
• Managing and scaling a distributed development team
• Overseeing the build of web platforms, mobile apps and AI-driven products
• Handling CRM integrations, APIs and operational systems
• Driving delivery, recruitment and process improvements
• Aligning tech with business goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading development teams, ideally with offshore collaboration
• A strong hands-on coding background
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, CRMs and scalable infrastructure
• Strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• A passion for innovation, especially in mobile and AI technologies
