Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and online
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Create bespoke travel itineraries based on client needs and budget
- Manage bookings, amendments, and after-sales support
- Keep up to date with travel trends, visa requirements, and supplier updates
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
