Design Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Driving all design related project outcomes.
- Providing role specific technical expertise in design management and act as focal point for all technical design related matters on projects.
- Developing a detailed design programme with all relevant parties to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements.
- Chairing Design Team meetings with Client / Design Consultancies.
- Ensuring design is compliant with statutory requirements and applicable standards.
Design Manager experience required:
- Minimum 5 years Design Manager experience.
- Degree qualified or similar.
- Excellent BIM knowhow.
- Industrial & Logistics, Commercial, Mixed Use project experience.
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week from home. Immediate start, we have interview slots to fill this week.
