We are seeking a Business Analyst to work within the M&A Integration team following the acquisition of new businesses into the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business process and change impact analysis, the ability to define business requirements, as well as good technical skills that include data collection, analysis and requirements definition for the creation of data sets for data migrations or archiving.

  • Understand and document overlapping products, services, processes, and capabilities, to aid target state definition with the business stakeholders.
  • Document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and change impact assessments from current to target state for people, clients, systems and process.
  • Work with business and technology to support “to be” state defining functional business requirements.
  • Work with business and technology teams in the creation of User Acceptance Test plans and lead UAT efforts.
  • Support Business and data analysis activities in Customer Migration, data archiving or Value Creation Projects as part of the M&A integration process.

Experience with business process design and documentation; ‘as is’ and ‘to be’, gap analysis. Strong experience of data analysis and proficiency in Excel. Experience of M&A Integration or System Migration projects.
