We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Propositions Manager to join our dynamic team. At Elite, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive customer success and business growth. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Management Team and Senior Management Team to create SME and Corporate propositions for both existing customers and new logo acquisition.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the telecoms market, combined with experience working in a team to support the growth of the sales department. This includes increasing product penetration through effective strategies and sales tools. This position is crucial for shaping our go-to-market strategy, collaborating with suppliers, and working alongside internal sales teams to develop propositions that are not only easy to sell but also deliver strong margins. Activities:
- Lead the creation, development, and optimisation of Elite propositions that align with both customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and suppliers to design and deliver effective go-to-market propositions.
- Ensure propositions are easy to sell, scalable, and capable of being implemented within the Elite operations and customer service team.
- Continuously assess and refine propositions based on customer feedback, sales team input, and market conditions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation with suppliers and explore innovative solutions that maximise margin.
- Alongside Marketing and Sales, propose new ideas to support business growth.
- Ensure supplier products and services are integrated seamlessly into propositions, with clear terms, pricing structures, and delivery timelines.
- Work together with the Inside Sales teams to ensure propositions are clearly understood, communicated, and effectively sold to customers.
- Develop and provide sales tools, training, and resources that help the sales teams position propositions effectively in the market and makes Elite ‘easy to do business with’.
- Ensure that propositions are presented in a customer friendly way, focusing on value and simplicity while maximising the commercial impact.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings.
- Use insights to adapt propositions and ensure they maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure that all propositions are designed with a focus on delivering high-margin opportunities, balancing cost and value.
- Work with Finance and Operations to understand cost structures and margins, optimising pricing strategies and value propositions to maximise profitability.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure propositions are aligned with the company’s broader strategic goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and customer feedback to understand challenges, gather information, and adjust propositions to improve sales effectiveness and outcomes.
