Client: Leading Design & Build Firm
I'm working with a well-established Design & Build consultancy delivering a major retail project in Central London, and theyβre looking to bring on a M&E Technical Services Manager to oversee the coordination, quality, and delivery of all Mechanical & Electrical packages across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee M&E works from design through to completion on a fast-paced retail scheme
- Liaise between internal design teams, subcontractors, and client-side stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with specifications, programme, and health & safety standards
- Manage services coordination and monitor technical quality
- Attend site/project meetings, and track progress against milestones
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as an M&E Technical Services Manager or MEP Manager
- Retail or commercial sector background preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems in D&B environments
- Able to take ownership of packages and drive delivery on-site
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
