We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Embedded Engineer to join our client's dynamic engineering team. This role involves working on the design and development of cutting-edge products within the detection and prevention sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in the full product development cycle, contributing to solutions that enhance safety in everyday life. Our client is a market leader, with their products used worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be working as part of a close-knit engineering team, tackling complex design challenges and taking a hands-on approach with circuit boards.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to final product.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Embedded C programming
- Experience with Microcontroller development (AVR and Texas Instruments preferred)
- Skilled in Microsoft Visual Studio (C, C++, C#)
- Experience across the full design lifecycle
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Analog and Digital circuit design
- Experience in Multilayer PCB design and layout
- Familiarity with FPGA design using Verilog (Xilinx or Lattice)
- Embedded Linux experience
