Their cutting-edge platform gives businesses valuable insight into when public sector contracts are available to go out to tender, giving their users a real competitive advantage.
Their growth over the last 2 years has been over 100% and as such, they’re in a position where they’re looking to grow their SDR team. This is a hybrid sales role – with 2 days required in the office in Bath & 3 days working from home.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for booking in demos & meetings for the business development team.
- Over Achievement – ideally in your previous sales role, but just general evidence of over-achievement throughout your life & career to date.
- Earning Potential – A base salary of up to £25K depending on experience with an exceptional commission structure where you will earn up to 30% of the revenue you generate.
- Salary Increase - If you hit your target for 3 months consistently, your base salary will increase by 1k every quarter!
- Progression – opportunity to move into a BDM position in under 12 months.
- Hybrid Working – initially you’ll be required to be in the office 2 days per week. However, after your probation this will reduce to 1 day per week – giving you a lot of flexibility.
