Help maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that projects are carried out with minimal disruption to local residents and businesses. Support cost control measures on site, helping to manage resources efficiently. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and company policies. Assist the Site Manager with the companys QUENSH system and be aware of all relevant policy documents and statements. Take responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as the welfare of colleagues. Carry out any additional duties as required by the Site Manager. Skills & Experience we are looking for: Degree /HNC or HND Construction Management Strong IT and project management skills Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A team player with the ability to use initiative and adapt to changing situations.
