Head of Quality Health & Safety

As part of their continued growth, were looking for a Head of Quality, Health & Safety (QHSE) to drive standards, shape strategy, and embed a culture of excellence across the business. The Role As Head of Quality, Health & Safety, you will lead and manage all aspects of our QHSE function. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring our products, processes, and people exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the overall quality vision, strategy, and roadmap. Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-accredited QHSE management systems Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Promote a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and incident investigation. Implement and manage effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and results. Act as the key point of contact for all regulatory and certification bodies. Monitor and report on performance metrics, driving accountability at all levels. Champion sustainability, environmental compliance, and employee wellbeing. About You Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior quality leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive or similar regulated industries. Proven track record of implementing and sustaining a quality culture. Extensive experience with business management systems and quality frameworks Strong problem-solving capabilities and familiarity with structured methodologies Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
