This exciting Team Leader role offers the potential of further career progression that could lead to an Engineering Management role for those that want it. The Maintenance Team Leader will support the Engineering Manager by ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed quickly and efficiently, to a good standard of quality. They will also provide support in relation to all maintenance tasks and projects being undertaken, including breakdowns, PPM, equipment updates, new installations and building or infrastructure upgrades. The Role To lead the Maintenance team proactively, ensuring that the company’s vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
