No two days are the same here as they constantly push the needle to be a better Estate Agent for their Landlords and Tenants.

The standards and expectations are high here to meet the above objective. But they have a lot of fun whilst doing it with social and industry events, top industry coaching, and plenty of socials.

This isn\’t your generic \”come to work, go home and repeat\” sort of Property Manager job. This is a career.

Up for it?

Core responsibilities:

  • Handling and managing a property portfolio
  • Day-to-day maintenance and repairs for properties within that portfolio
  • Being the support between Tenants and Landlords – offering help, advice, and troubleshooting where needed
  • Carrying out property video reviews showing Landlords how their property looks, and any maintenance they need to do
  • Working closely with Landlords about increasing their property portfolio, capital value and yield
  • Carefully onboarding new properties and giving the new Tenants a warm welcome
  • Managing a smooth vacating process for Tenants – you never know when you\’ll next work with them

Requirements

  • Driver\’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years in Property Management

Package

  • £33,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • 22 days + bank holidays
  • Birthday Off
  • Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
  • Top class industry and social events
