On behalf of a high-growth consultancy firm , we are recruiting for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their central sales team. This role is ideal for a sales professional eager to accelerate their career in the world of B2B consulting, M&A, and strategic advisory services. Expect a busy, collaborative environment where curiosity, persistence, and commercial acumen are rewarded. Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online research. Cold Outreach: Craft compelling, tailored communications across email, LinkedIn, and telephone. Schedule high-quality meetings for Advisors & Partners with key decision-makers. CRM & Reporting: Accurately manage pipeline and activity using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and report on key KPIs. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach. Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within professional services or M&A Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot) Capable of building rapport quickly and engaging senior decision-makers A passion for consulting, business strategy, and M&A We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
