Our client is a leading Private Equity backed industrial services provider and investor based in Hertfordshire. They require an M&A Manager responsible for the identification, sourcing and execution of investments in support of the Group M&A Strategy. This role encapsulates finance, strategy, deal execution and the development of competitive acquisition proposals. It is a pivotal position in the M&A team working closely with the Senior M&A manager and Executive Director of M&A in transaction execution, leading best practice delivery to the business and creating powerful and practical M&A management information.
Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA or similar qualification.
- Previous M&A advisory experience (IB, PE, Transaction Services or Corporate Development).
- Demonstrable experience of undertaking due diligence activities with proven transaction project management experience.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to master fine detail whilst maintaining a clear bigger strategic and commercial perspective.
