We cater to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, and those requiring specialised care needs like PEG feeding and support for dysphagia, to service users that need minimum support to maintain their independence. Distinctive Features of This Position: Variety of Service Users: The role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from overseeing independent living arrangements to managing complex healthcare needs, ensuring a consistently engaging work environment. You will need to have experience of working in the field of learning disabilities, mental health and autism, and have experience of leading and managing teams.
