The Role: This position is pivotal in leading the deployment, maintenance, and evolution of digital technologies across the organisation's services. You will serve as a technical authority across projects, products, and partnerships, helping shape how next-generation digital care is delivered in the UK.
Responsibilities of the Technical Product Manager:
- Lead product testing and evaluation, ensuring all technology meets compliance, usability, and performance standards
- Act as the escalation point for technical incidents and outages, ensuring service continuity
- Manage digital migration initiatives and oversee product configurations, integrations, and deployments
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful technical delivery of services
Requirements of the Technical Product Manager:
- Demonstrated experience in technical product management, ideally within healthtech or assistive technology
- Strong knowledge of telecare, digital health, and device interoperability standards (e.g. BS 8521, ISO 13485)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to manage stakeholders across disciplines
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and working knowledge of SQL basics for reporting
