Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Development and Investment Consultant to join their growing team. The primary focus of the role is to generate new instructions and oversee the sale of development and investment sites.
- Source and negotiate development and investment opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors
- Understand clients’ investment objectives and identify suitable opportunities
- Conduct commercial and legal due diligence
