We are currently partnering with a South Wales based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator to join their team to help them deal with a backlog of work over the next six months. This is a full-time position with paying £14.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, and they are looking for someone to start date is as soon as possible! Duties will include (but are not limited to): Utilising in house systems including a bespoke compliance tracker and MS Office to accurate record and update compliance records within a housing association, largely focused on fire safety work and fire risk assessments Uploading certificates on to in house systems, ensuring all data is robust and accurately recorded Raising works orders with contractors, and liaising with contractors upon completion of works Working on the ‘Big 6’ of compliance; Fire, Electrics, Gas, Legionella, Asbestos, LOLER Experience required: An understanding of property compliance Strong administration and IT Skills Able to work in an office environment Strong communication skills Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home) Flexibility on working hours On site parking and walking distance from the closest station Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-4:30pm (Flexibility …
