We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle ERP Technical Architect with deep experience in Oracle ERP and a strong understanding of logistics transportation and supply chain operations. This role will drive the technical architecture integration strategy and customization of Oracle ERP solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture and implementation strategy of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and Financials.
  • Design and develop custom components, interfaces, and reports to support logistics workflows including order fulfillment, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and fleet management.
  • Architect integrations between Oracle ERP and industry-specific platforms (e.g., TMS, WMS, EDI systems).
  • Collaborate closely with logistics business leaders and functional consultants to align ERP functionality with real-world supply chain and transport operations.
  • Lead system configuration and overall ERP platform optimization.
  • Implement and oversee DevOps practices for ERP deployments, CICD pipelines, version control, and test automation.
  • Stay abreast of Oracle updates and their relevance to logistics and SCM use cases.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., DOT, customs, global trade compliance) through ERP architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
  • 8 years of Oracle ERP technical experience including 3 years as a Technical Architect.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP, especially SCM, Procurement, and Financials modules.
  • Proven experience in the logistics, freight transportation, or 3PL industry.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, PLSQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and ADF.
  • Experience in integrating ERP systems with TMS, WMS, RFID/Barcode systems, and real-time tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with logistics KPIs and reporting requirements (e.g., delivery time, shipment cost analysis, fleet utilization).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certifications (ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, Integration, etc.).
  • Experience with mobile or IoT integration for logistics applications.
  • Knowledge of global logistics operations and compliance standards (e.g., Incoterms, HS codes, customs clearance).
