The Presales Solution Architect is responsible for understanding our customers' business and technical needs, designing tailored IT solutions, and supporting the sales team throughout the Presales phase.
- Build strong relationships, mitigate risks, and stay informed on emerging technologies.
- Help customers adopt relevant solutions that help their business succeed.
- Support the sales process and help close deals.
- Position Sota as a trusted advisor and partner, driving growth by securing new contracts and nurturing long-term relationships.
Strong track record in designing and delivering tailored IT solutions.
Experience in understanding customer requirements and creating data-driven solutions.
Experience designing IT solutions that deliver tangible benefits for customers or internal users.
Familiar with managing architectural risk while working at pace.
Strong industry knowledge in an IT MSP, including M365, Cloud, Backup, Security, Connectivity and VoIP solutions.
In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, technologies, and industry best practices.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - Certified.
Compensation package:
- Competitive salary
