Senior Site Manager required for London residential project. This position is for a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, internals bias to manage a block of circa 130 units. The successful applicant will manage a team of finishers on one building (circa 14 floors) reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring plots are handed over on time and to the correct specification.
This is a permanent position and salary is given as a guide only. Only applicants with the relevant internals experience and previous block manager experience will be considered. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company on a project which in total will be circa 700 units on completion and will run for a good few years.
Obviously up to date certification is required: Black CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
