MacGregor Black are partnering with a privately owned beauty business, seeking a Finance Director. This is a permanent role based in London. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.
As the Finance Director , you will be responsible to steer the financial operations and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a company committed to innovation, sustainability, and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Deliver detailed and actionable financial insights to the board and executive team
- Manage and optimise cash flow, ensuring the financial stability of the business
- Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing key financial guidance for long-term planning
What are we looking for?
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior financial leader in a growth-focused organisation
- Experience within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry more generally would be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- A proactive and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
