CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Set up, program and operate CNC 4 and 5 axis milling machines to produce high end components
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of the machines
- Inspect finished products to meet the required standards
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Monitor machine performance and maintain quality
Desirable Experience:
- Proven experience in CNC machining, 4 or 5 axis essential
- Working to high quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S process is desirable
- Matsuura or Fanuc controls would be an advantage
