Atkinson Moss is delighted to be working in partnership with Norwich Theatre, supporting their search for an Assistant Director of Business Planning & Risk. Joining the Trustβs Senior Leadership Team, this pivotal role will work in collaboration with other Associate Directors and the Executive team to meet the organisations strategic objectives.
Actively supporting the Finance Director & Chief Resource Officer and working in alignment with all Assistant Directors, the successful applicant will help identify growth opportunities and will provide high level project appraisal through data analysis, financial modelling and reviewing operational risk. Overseeing and drawing support from both the Head of Finance and Head of IT, the incumbent will advise the Executive team with insightful information to expedite both long and short term growth strategies from concept to delivery.
The Associate Director of Business Planning & Risk will demonstrate sound acumen in financial, commercial and operational spheres, coupled with the embodiment of the Trusts visions and values. Strong analysis and project delivery skills will be paramount and the ability to inspire and collaborate with others is essential. The role may also be considered on reduced or condensed hours.
