Bennett and Game are representing a well-established multi-disciplinary Top 150 Consultancy based in Chichester who are looking for an Associate Architect to join their growing team. Our client are seeking a progressive individual who will have the opportunity to grow the Architectural team around them, making this an exciting role with real potential for personal growth. With over 50 years’ experience, our client has gained an excellent reputation working with clients across the UK as well as Europe. You will be working predominately within the Commercial, Residential and Educational sector whilst using Revit software. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training/ progression plans and professional fees. Our client are open to ambitious Architects that are looking for progression to an Associate position in the future, so Architects of all levels are encouraged to apply.
Associate Architect Job Overview
- Deliver various projects within a variety of sectors
- Work on various Residential, Commercial and Education projects (Typically between the values of £100k to £20m)
- Grow an Architectural department within a reputable consultancy
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met
- Contribute to the development of design proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest building regulations and industry best practice
Associate Architect Job Requirements
- Registered Architect (ARB / RIBA)
- Strong project delivery skills
- Client facing skills
- Able to work well with clients, securing projects and building on relationships
- Good knowledge with Revit
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act would be advantageous
- Live within a commutable distance of Chichester
Associate Architect Salary & Benefits
