Pastry Chef de Partie

We are looking for a pastry chef de partie, ideally with solid experience gained producing cakes, tray bakes, scones, patisserie and pastries in high numbers. Or you might be a chef with some pastry experience and a real passion to learn and do more pastry work.

The company operates a high volume fast paced day time restaurant.

You will need your own transport to get here.

PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE – IS THIS YOU?

• Experience as a pastry chef de partie/some pastry experience gained working in high volume bakeries, restaurants, contract catering operations
• A background producing cakes in high numbers
• Passion for pastry and cooking using all fresh ingredients
• A hands-on approach and willingness to learn

PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE – YOU WILL:

• Prepare, cook and bake to company recipes cakes, tray bakes, scones, patisserie and pastries
• Work alongside the senior chef and FOH teams
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures
• Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
