Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Owning all aspects of the recruitment process: role profiling, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
- Building a strong employer brand to attract both obvious talents ('shouting talents') and covert talents ('whispering talents')
- Developing and automating our recruitment processes
- Enhancing our onboarding process in collaboration with management
