Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef with a strong pedigree in Indian fine dining, preferably from The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and trained through the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD). The ideal candidate will specialize in North West Frontier cuisine, showcasing mastery in tandoor, kebabs, slow cooking, and robust regional flavours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all kitchen operations with a focus on North West Frontier cuisine.
- Curate, test, and launch an original fine-dining menu with regional authenticity and global appeal.
- Manage, mentor, and build a high-calibre culinary team.
- Maintain operational excellence in hygiene, cost control, and quality.
- Work closely with the corporate and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
- Represent the brand in media appearances, tastings, and high-profile events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality or fine-dining Indian restaurants.

- Demonstrated expertise in North West Frontier cuisine (Awadhi, Pathani, Punjabi, Mughlai, etc.).
