IFS HCM Consultant – Hybrid – Cambridgeshire
We\’re seeking a seasoned IFS HCM Implementation Specialist for an exciting initial 6-month contract to support a full-scale IFS Cloud HCM rollout across a national enterprise organization.
This is your opportunity to own delivery of key IFS HCM modules from configuration to go-live-ensuring best practices are Embedded in every aspect of workforce management. You\’ll collaborate with internal HR, IT, and third-party providers to deliver a future-ready HCM solution.
You will be implementing:-

• Employee & Organization Management
• Expense Management
• Health & Safety
• Time & Attendance
• Qualifications, Development & Training
• Employee & Manager Self-Service
• Payroll Integration

You will be expected to:-

• Lead full-cycle implementation of IFS Cloud HCM modules
• Configure and tailor IFS functionality to meet business and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with HR and IT to align system design with best-in-class HR processes
• Drive UAT, data migration, and validation activities
• Train super users and support change management across HR functions

Contract will be for 6 months initially with a strong chance of extension as with other project involvement its likely this will last nearer to 18-24 months. It will be mainly a remote role, with the expectation of 2-8 days a month, keeping in touch with all the key stakeholders of the project team/s.
