Private nursery in Kensington is seeking an Early Years Teacher (Ages 3–4) for a full-time, term-time only position starting September 2025.

  • Working Weeks: 33 weeks per year (Term Time Only)
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
  • Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

We are looking for an Early Years Specialist with QTS, PGCE or a Level 3 qualification. The nursery caters for children aged 3-4, with classes having 7–8 pupils. Parents register for places as soon as they become parents, and children are likely to move to a pre-prep school the following year.

Requirements for this role:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (QTS or PGCE preferred)
  • Strong expertise in phonics and early number work
  • A deep understanding of early childhood development and school readiness
  • Ability to create a warm, structured, and stimulating learning environment
