SANE, a leading UK mental health charity, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative fundraising campaigns across multiple channels - including direct mail, digital, email and social media to grow our individual donor base, improve supporter retention, and increase legacy giving.
Working closely with our digital, communications, and senior management team, you will manage regular giving programmes, design targeted legacy campaigns, and create compelling content to drive donations and deepen donor engagement.
We are looking for a creative and strategic fundraiser or marketeer with a strong background in individual giving, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector. You should have experience running successful multi-channel campaigns, excellent copywriting and communication skills, and strong knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge. Familiarity with legacy fundraising and UK fundraising regulations is desirable.
Above all, you will bring a genuine passion for mental health and a belief in the power of fundraising to create lasting change.
