About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced ESG or Partnerships Specialist to join a leading international organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role within the Responsible Business team, focusing on managing high-profile partnerships and leading impactful social mobility initiatives. The position is ideal for someone passionate about driving meaningful change through innovative programmes and partnerships, while effectively measuring and communicating their success to diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management: Lead the relationship with a high-profile international partner, managing stakeholder engagement, event coordination, reporting, and employee engagement activities.
- Social Mobility Strategy: Oversee the UK Social Mobility Strategy, delivering on key action plan priorities, managing submissions to the Social Mobility Employer Index, and coordinating internal working groups.
- Community Investment Programmes: Develop and manage volunteering, fundraising, and community initiatives, working with a range of stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
- Impact Measurement: Prepare external social impact submissions, track data, and align reporting with sustainability frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Strategic Input: Support the development of the organisation’s social impact strategy, identifying metrics and improving systems to track and evaluate impact across global operations.
Required skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in social impact, partnerships management, or community investment programmes.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Experience in impact measurement, reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to confidently present to internal and external audiences.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for driving meaningful social change.
