Azure Application Modernisation – redesigning legacy systems for scalability, performance and maintainability Engineering Leadership – guiding software teams through modern DevOps, IaC, CI/CD and observability adoption A background in hands-on software engineering (C#, .NET, or similar) Strong appreciation for DevOps practices, IaC (e.g. Passion for engineering excellence, community, and continuous improvement Extensive Insurance + Private healthcare, Pension, Remote-first with travel to client sites as needed
