Backed by a global multi-billion-dollar group, they’re shaping the future of predictive data experiences…and they need engineers who are up for the challenge.

We’re helping them hire 3X Full Stack Engineers to join a small, elite team working on entirely greenfield mobile applications, fast-moving, impactful projects where you’ll have real influence from day one .

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js in a production setting
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Commercial experience with React Native, having built or contributed to real-world mobile applications
• Comfortable working full stack, but with a backend-leaning focus (70–80%)
• Collaborative mindset, confident working in tight-knit, cross-functional squads
• An interest in data-driven products, clean architecture, and performance at scale

• Shape architecture, tooling, and technical direction from the start
• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to translate insights into features
• Move fast with confidence in a high-performing, test-friendly engineering environment
• Work in hybrid model – Max 1 day a week in Leeds or London

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building smart, scalable APIs and backend systems in a modern serverless stack
• Partnering with design and mobile engineers to create seamless, data-rich user experiences
• Solving complex engineering problems using clean code and modern tooling
• Working on entirely greenfield projects with space to innovate and shape best practices
• Helping foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
