They’ve assembled an exceptional early team and are now looking to bring in a Machine Learning Full Stack Contractor to help accelerate the next phase of development. What You’ll Be Doing as a Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer Contractor (Python / Flutter / GCP) | Fully Remote / EU-Based | Rate £600-750pd | Outside IR35:

• Designing and training new models from scratch for unique, real-world use cases
• Taking a hands-on, theoretical approach to ML—beyond just implementation
• Building and scaling backend infrastructure and APIs (Python, GCP, etc.)
• Working closely with the CEO and founding engineers to iterate rapidly on product
• Helping drive the integration of ML into a Flutter-based product environment

Core Skills for the Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer Contractor (Python / Flutter / GCP) | Fully Remote / EU-Based | Rate £600-750pd | Outside IR35:

• Strong theoretical grounding in ML, with proven experience training models from scratch
• Full stack capabilities, ideally with backend experience in Python and frontend knowledge of Flutter
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments (ideally GCP)
• Start-up mindset: you move fast, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguity
• A sharp communicator who works well in lean, ambitious, high-trust teams
