We’re working with a leading provider of technology-enabled services and operational transformation within the financial services sector. With decades of industry expertise, the business supports large-scale change programmes across lending, savings, and investments helping clients modernise operations, streamline processes, and drive digital innovation.
They’re now looking for a PMO Analyst to join their Change & Transition Delivery team on a contract basis. This role supports portfolio-level governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across a broad set of business change programmes.
The Role
- Provide portfolio support services across medium and large-scale change initiatives
- Support project governance, quality assurance, and risk reporting
- Manage centralised project data including financials, resource forecasting, and status updates
- Work closely with Project and Programme Managers to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent
- Facilitate business decision-making through timely provision of data, insight, and forecasts
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within a change delivery environment
- Advanced Excel and MS Project skills
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks
- APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent project qualification
- Highly organised, strong communicator, and process-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- P3O Foundation/Practitioner
- Experience in Financial Services, BPO, or working with offshore teams
