They are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Desk-Based Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of approximately 180 business accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through cross-selling and up-selling solutions. Identify opportunities to expand services and products within existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. Work closely with tech and projects to ensure appropriate solutions are sold and implemented smoothly. Undertake regular account reviews, to be sure customers are aware of the full scope of our offering.
