Role Purpose
As People Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee journey at Red Hotels. You’ll be a trusted partner for managers and team members, providing clear advice, ensuring compliance, and helping to build a workplace where everyone feels valued. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—delivering smooth onboarding, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and helping colleagues develop their skills. You’ll also help coordinate our team accommodation, ensuring our people feel at home both at work and beyond.

What You'll Need
Experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail. Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders. Sound understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance or a learning attitude. Able to manage confidential information with professionalism. Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage—you’ll understand the pace, teamwork, and people-focus that make our industry unique. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
