Electronics Sales Executive Location: Blackburn OTE: £90,000 in Year 1 (Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + 20% Commission on All Net Revenue) Are you a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with a flair for selling complex electronic solutions? Do you have the talent to drive new business and foster long-term relationships with clients? If so, we want to meet you! About the Role: As an Electronics Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer trading base, focusing on creditworthy businesses to generate gross profit. You’ll have access to over 9,000 pre-qualified business leads -all sorted into tiers based on revenue potential. You’ll start with Tier 3 accounts, giving you ample opportunity to nurture relationships and drive significant sales. Plus, if you have your own contacts (provided they aren’t already customers), you can include them in your client base. Key Responsibilities: Actively build and manage a portfolio of clients, driving repeat business and establishing recurring revenue streams. Develop new sales opportunities and close deals by engaging directly with key decision-makers. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring they see the value of our solutions over the long term. Leverage our qualified business leads to their fullest potential, focusing on growth and profitability. What’s in It for You? Compensation: £45,000 base salary + 20% commission on all net revenue (including recurring revenue). Potential Earnings: Just one sale of £500,000 could earn you between £75,000 and £80,000 in Year 1. Hybrid Working Model: Based initially in our Blackburn office during the probationary period, moving to a hybrid model once you’re confident in the sales offering.
