A multi skilled engineer is required to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Suffolk. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimising food production machinery and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including conveyors and packaging machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
The successful candidate must be familiar with process machinery or equivalent equipment.
Background Experience:
- HNC, HND or degree in Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong fault-finding skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
- Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
