They’re now looking for experienced Broker Relationship Managers, both at mid and senior levels, to support their national growth. Someone who understands the value of strong broker relationships and who are motivated by opening doors, changing minds, nurturing connections, and doing things differently to get results.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and growing broker relationships across the UK, with a real focus on new business
- Targeting enterprise fleets and larger broker accounts with a modern, data-led proposition
- Working closely with talented product, underwriting, and data teams
- Representing a usage-based insurance model that offers flexibility, insight, and real safety benefits
Experience required:
- Experience in commercial motor, fleet, or ideally insurtech environments
- A solid understanding of the broker landscape and how to navigate it
- Confidence in strategic thinking and long-term relationship development
- For senior applicants: exposure to network brokers and complex distribution models
- Above all, a passion for doing things better and helping clients do the same
Home-based role, open to candidates UK-wide (from Scotland to the South Coast).
Compensation:
- Mid-level: up to £65,000 basic plus quarterly commission (up to £5,000)
- Senior: up to £85,000 basic plus the same commission structure
- Private healthcare, 5% employer pension contribution (3% employee)
- All travel expenses covered
