Are you an experienced Finance Officer seeking your next challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re proud to be working exclusively with an established client in the property & investment industry to find a meticulous and proactive Finance Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking the balances of multiple bank accounts daily, ensuring accuracy and promptly flagging any discrepancies.
  • Managing accruals and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Processing payment runs, including the timely and accurate payment of consultant invoices (equivalent to payroll).
  • Overseeing rental prepayments on a quarterly basis and managing rental income.
  • Drafting loan agreements and managing associated documentation.
  • Using Webfiling for company secretarial tasks and statutory submissions.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis of supplier costs, ensuring value for money and contract compliance.
  • Reviewing contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved terms.
  • Participating in project work to support the wider finance function and drive operational efficiencies.
