Key Responsibilities:
- Checking the balances of multiple bank accounts daily, ensuring accuracy and promptly flagging any discrepancies.
- Managing accruals and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
- Processing payment runs, including the timely and accurate payment of consultant invoices (equivalent to payroll).
- Overseeing rental prepayments on a quarterly basis and managing rental income.
- Drafting loan agreements and managing associated documentation.
- Using Webfiling for company secretarial tasks and statutory submissions.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis of supplier costs, ensuring value for money and contract compliance.
- Reviewing contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved terms.
- Participating in project work to support the wider finance function and drive operational efficiencies.
