Hard FM Manager (Cheshire West And Chester)

Boden Group is supporting a leading facilities management provider with the recruitment of an experienced Hard Services Manager for a high-profile site in Cheshire.

This is a key leadership role overseeing the delivery of hard FM services across a complex and fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a strong operator with a solid technical background and proven success in managing large-scale operations.

Key Requirements:

• Background in Hard FM services (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or building fabric).
• Demonstrated P&L management experience , ideally with oversight of a significant budget.
• Strong compliance, health & safety, and performance management track record.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
