About The Role We support Laura to do the things we all normally take for granted, such as going for a walk, visiting the shops and helping out at home too. Living with anxiety and complex needs is tricky for Laura, but with our support she has begun to discover her own superpowers and begun to do the things she loves to do! Penhayes is a specialist residential home in Kenton, near Exeter supporting adults like Laura with autism, learning disabilities and complex care needs. The people we support live across five individual flats and we have a generous shared garden we love spending time in. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily. Your leadership and expertise are key to our success.
