Main Accountabilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall business and financial goals and objectives.
- Oversee budget preparation and revisions in collaboration with all the UK team, ensuring timely submission and resolution of any queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analysis, working closely with the wider UK.
- Manage month end and year end simulations, identifying risks and opportunities to best guide business decision making.
Finance Control
- Partner with the UK team to conduct cost analysis and operational reviews, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
- Support investment proposals and reviews to measure payback.
- Monthly and Year end reporting process ownership: Sales and stock movement analysis.
- Spend review coordination with the wider team and cost centre managers.
- Ownership of full UK consolidation within the agreed timeline.
Internal control, Systems & Processes
- Support the strengthening of financial and business control, driving process standardisation and improvement.
- Assist with the implementation of financial systems to ensure data integrity and automation.
Admin
- Manage the day to day payables and receivables.
- Payables Management of accounts inbox.
- Sign off of invoice vs. POs / spend owner.
- Weekly reconciliations.
- Receivables Management of overdues / aged debt.
- Management and review of any deductions.
- Credit control.
HR operations
- Monthly payroll input creation for external partner.
- Review and approval of payroll (ensuring all costs, benefits, exceptionals are in line with the input).
Operations support
- Translation of Sell In forecast to inbound.
- Monthly order placement to Paris and coordination on inbound with Paris ADV and UK Warehouse.

Skills & Experiences
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years experience in a financial, analytical, or controlling role, preferable within a fast growing medium size business with exposure to cross functional business partnering.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insight.
- Commercial curiosity.
- Advanced financial modelling, planning, and forecasting expertise, with proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven track records of business partnering to supporting the strategic decision making across all levels of the business.
- Agile and adaptable approach to problem solving, with the ability to balance detail oriented execution and big picture strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English, French additional is a plus.
