Role Overview: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored support for each child. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEN in a one-to-one or group setting. Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities. Adapt materials and resources to meet the individual needs of students. Help with personal care, emotional, and social development when needed.
